Beauty from Ashes

God brings life to dead places. He breathed life into the dust and created mankind. He spoke to dry bones and they came alive. He raised Jesus from the dead. He takes what is broken and brings healing. He restores, He resurrects, He redeems.

Imagine those dead places in your life and in your heart. And now imagine yourself bringing all of those things to the feet of Jesus. Do that. Lay it all down before Him. And then trust Him to heal what is broken, restore what is torn apart, to resurrect the dark and dead places in your life. The very same power that raised Jesus to life- lives inside of you and is at work in your life!

He is the God of resurrection. If He can resurrect the dead- He can resurrect your marriage, He can resurrect your calling and your God-given dreams. He can redeem time lost and take our mess and make something beautiful. He can take our unsightly circumstances and pain and turn them into a masterpiece.

Give it all to Him, stand firm on what He says, and wait patiently for Him to prove Himself faithful in and through your life.
